Philosophie Chinoise: penser en idéogrammes, 2023, Paris, Ellipses.

This book is an introduction to Chinese philosophy. Its priority is not a detailed chronological presentation of different thinkers, major schools of philosophy, doctrines, and theses, but rather how philosophical activities emerged within a specific cultural and linguistic framework, and why philosophical thinking in China took the form that we see today. By following the book’s philosophical investigation, readers can see beyond the cultural differences between Chinese and Anglophone thought, and can live the process of doing philosophy through the collective dynamics of question and answer in a very different cultural context.
